Meet Me
Erin Angelillo RD, LDN (she/her)
Hi, I'm Erin, a Health at Every Size dietitian. I'm passionate about empowering clients in their journey of fostering a positive (or neutral!) relationship with food and body image.
I specialize in guiding individuals through eating disorders and disordered eating and have clinical interests in Eating Disorders, Sports Nutrition, Dysautonomia, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Read below to learn more about me and my approach, and feel free to contact me with any questions!
My Approach
I have a compassionate non judgmental approach grounded in both Intuitive Eating and HAES® principles. I integrate evidence-based nutrition science with therapeutic techniques to support clients. I believe all foods fit (unless you're allergic, of course!) and that each client is the expert of their own experience. My counseling style is respectful, empathetic, and direct.
I understand many of the clients I work with have experienced trauma, including medical trauma, and strive to provide a safer space by being committed to proving trauma informed care.
I am a gender-affirming, trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and neurodivergent-informed provider
Eating Disorders & Body Image: My approach is personalized to each client, but often incorporates a combination of meal planning, body image work, exposures, and emotional processing. When it’s helpful, I offer family and couples sessions to deepen the healing process. For clients looking for extra accountability, I use the Recovery Record app. I maintain regular contact with each client’s treatment team to make sure we're providing the best possible care. I also refer clients to other professionals to help clients build a strong support system, including therapists, dietitians, doctors, and more.
Dysautonomia, POTS, & MCAS: I work with clients on nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term well-being in a sustainable way. My approach is personalized to each client, but often incorporates various evidence based interventions, client education, identifying triggers, creating sustainable treatment plans, and improving the relationship clients have with their body. My experience treating eating disorders allows me to provide specialized interventions to clients struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies, an often overlooked component when treating MCAS. I understand the process of receiving a "proper" EDS/POTS/MCAS diagnosis is complex and welcome self diagnosed folks to my practice. I also guide clients in building a team of specialists tailored to their specific needs. My goal is to empower clients to feel confident in their own expertise when it comes to their health, putting them in the driver’s seat alongside their care team.
Clinical Nutrition: I work with clients dealing with a variety of medical conditions including diabetes (DM), cardiovascular disease (CVD), geographic atrophy (GA)/macular degeneration (AMD), Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and autoimmune conditions. My approach is rooted in evidence based solutions, sustainable interventions, intuitive eating, and Health at Every Size. My focus is on supporting each individual’s unique journey toward their well-being goals.

After completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics at FSU, she completed her dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays. Her rotations were in various settings, including UMass Memorial Medical Center, Wellesley Public Schools, Metro West YMCA, and Bair, where she worked more closely with a Board Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.
