As a specialized eating disorder dietitian, I offer compassionate trauma informed and Health At Every Size aligned guidance tailored to each client's unique needs. With an understanding of the complexities surrounding food, body image, as well as the function eating disorders serve, I provide evidence-based strategies to guide you wherever you're at in your recovery journey. We'll navigate the challenges of recovery together and focus on your goals.

Dysautonomia & POTS

As a specialized dietitian focusing on POTS and dysautonomia, I bring expertise and empathy to help you navigate this complex condition. Erin Angelillo RD, LDN (she/her)

Hi, I'm Erin, a Health at Every Size dietitian. I'm passionate about empowering clients in their journey of fostering a positive (or neutral!)  relationship with food and body image. 

I specialize in guiding individuals through eating disorders and disordered eating and have clinical interests in Eating Disorders, Sports Nutrition, and Dysautonomia. Read below to learn more about me and my approach. 

My Approach

I have a compassionate approach grounded in Intuitive Eating and HAES® principles. I integrate evidence-based nutrition science with therapeutic techniques to support clients on their journeys. 

My counseling style is respectful, empathetic, and direct. 

I am a gender-affirming, trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and neurodivergent-informed provider.

Professional Bio

Erin Angelillo, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) with a passion for treating eating disorders, dysautonomia, sports nutrition, and clinical nutrition. Her approach is anti-oppressive, compassionate, comprehensive, and grounded in liberatory frameworks. She is registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Licensing Board.
Erin grew up in Connecticut and played competitive soccer and track throughout her time in college at Framingham State University where she was on the board as Vice President of the Nutrition Honors Society, Phi Upsilon Omicron. After completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics at FSU, she completed her dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays. Her rotations were in various settings, including UMass Memorial Medical Center, Wellesley Public Schools, Metro West YMCA, and Bair, where she worked more closely with a Board Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. 
After obtaining her registration and licensure she worked as a clinical nutritionist and registered dietitian practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy at the South End Community Health Center. Later, Erin went on to pursue her passion for helping those with eating disorders. She joined the Renfrew Center as an Eating Disorder Dietitian, where she played an active role in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, and received invaluable training from a leading eating disorder organization. 
Erin's goal is to help individuals as they navigate their relationship with food and their bodies. She has a particular passion for clients with dysautonomia/POTS and eating disorders/disordered eating and is committed to providing compassionate care to every client she works with. 
Erin is a gender and neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ friendly provider with an anti-oppressive weight-inclusive approach. Outside of work, Erin finds joy in practicing yoga, nurturing her growing plant collection, discovering cozy coffee shops, and strolling around Boston.
